Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible for SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY
- Indiana state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical fellowship applicants welcome
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with intermediate school-aged students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to 5th grade students
- Perform assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and deliver updates on student outcomes
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
