With a consistent 35-hour workweek throughout the academic year—August 10, 2026 through May 28, 2027—you’ll have the ability to foster communication growth in students while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings working with K-12 students is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with educators and parents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Design and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, ensuring the highest level of care
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and inclusion within the classroom
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state and school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help develop achievable, measurable goals for students
  • Educate and support families and team members in understanding communication disorders and therapy techniques
