What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous pediatric, school, or education-based SLP experience
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain thorough documentation
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and progress reporting

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a diverse student population
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student goals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet each student’s unique needs
• Provide education and resources to staff and families as needed
