Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current and valid SLP license for Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and identify student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate student progress and success
- Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both individual and small group settings
- Participate in school-based activities and professional development as needed
