Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred, CFY considered
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students while working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student progress and encourage inclusion
• Educate families and provide resources to support students outside the classroom as needed
