Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Crown Point, IN

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for various age groups and backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in individual, small group, or classroom settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
