Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for various age groups and backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in individual, small group, or classroom settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Provide progress updates and participate in IEP meetings as needed
