Qualifications:

  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills using formal and informal measures
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and support to students, educators, and families regarding communication strategies
