Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) in progress or completed
  • Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation for a school-aged population
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Serve as a valuable resource for educators and families regarding communication development
