Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) in progress or completed
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation for a school-aged population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Serve as a valuable resource for educators and families regarding communication development
