Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students achieve communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s academic and social success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
  • Provide direct therapy as well as consultative services, adapting techniques as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
