A full-time, full school year opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide critical support in a K-12 school setting located in Cuba, NY. This contract position offers the chance to work directly onsite, with teaching assistant support available to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school personnel.
  • Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and manage time efficiently.

Location: This role is based onsite in Cuba, NY, providing therapy services directly within the school environment.
