School Speech Language Pathologist - Cuba, NY

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• NY SLP license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in school settings and with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting students with a variety of speech and language needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and team members
• Work closely with onsite teaching assistants to deliver high-quality interventions
• Consult with educators and families to promote understanding and strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
