A dedicated school district near Culdesac, ID, is seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services to a vibrant caseload of K-12 students. This is a contract position, perfect for professionals eager to make a direct impact in students’ educational journeys.

The retiring SLP is leaving behind a legacy of exceptional care and a need for enthusiastic SLPs to carry on her commitment. Caseloads are thoughtfully maintained between 50-60 students, ensuring manageable workloads and time for personalized care. You’ll have the option to work at the elementary, middle, or high school level, with established schedules for each campus (Elementary: 7:30-4, Middle: 7:45-4, High: 8:30-4).

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license (Idaho preferred or eligibility for licensure)
  • CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome
  • Prior experience working in school settings, pediatric populations, or with high-needs caseloads
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and educational assessment tools
  • Ability to deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to a diverse group of students
  • Commitment to fully in-person services—remote or hybrid arrangements are not available

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and offer individualized therapy to K-12 students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment for all learners
