A dedicated school district near Culdesac, ID, is seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services to a vibrant caseload of K-12 students. The retiring SLP is leaving behind a legacy of exceptional care and a need for enthusiastic SLPs to carry on her commitment. Caseloads are thoughtfully maintained between 50-60 students, ensuring manageable workloads and time for personalized care. You’ll have the option to work at the elementary, middle, or high school level, with established schedules for each campus (Elementary: 7:30-4, Middle: 7:45-4, High: 8:30-4).
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license (Idaho preferred or eligibility for licensure)
- CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- Prior experience working in school settings, pediatric populations, or with high-needs caseloads
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational assessment tools
- Ability to deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to a diverse group of students
- Commitment to fully in-person services—remote or hybrid arrangements are not available
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and offer individualized therapy to K-12 students
