- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience working with children in educational or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions for students with diverse needs, both individually and in small groups
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Serve as a resource for classroom teachers regarding speech and language strategies
- Educate and engage families to support student progress and carryover of skills
