The assignment involves working closely with students across 1-2 school sites, providing exceptional speech-language pathology services through both traditional and teletherapy modalities.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in pediatric settings, particularly within school environments
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools for remote service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Commitment to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and communication needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group speech-language therapy sessions for elementary-aged children
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to coordinate student progress and integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation for IEPs and compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Utilize teletherapy technology to provide high-quality remote services as needed
  • Support a positive, encouraging, and inclusive educational atmosphere for all students
