Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in pediatric settings, particularly within school environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools for remote service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse backgrounds and communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group speech-language therapy sessions for elementary-aged children
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to coordinate student progress and integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
- Complete timely and accurate documentation for IEPs and compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Utilize teletherapy technology to provide high-quality remote services as needed
- Support a positive, encouraging, and inclusive educational atmosphere for all students
