Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners by providing essential speech and language therapy services within elementary school settings. This contract-to-hire opportunity allows you to work with a supportive educational team, utilizing your expertise to foster communication development for students in grades K-5. Your role will leverage teletherapy capabilities alongside on-site support at 1-2 school locations, both offering rewarding, face-to-face, and virtual interactions with students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active speech-language pathology licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience with pediatric or elementary-aged populations
  • Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy delivery models
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for elementary students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and update IEPs to reflect student progress
  • Provide therapy sessions on-site and via teletherapy as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student growth
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the school community

This position begins in August 2026 and continues through May 2027, with the potential to be hired on directly after the contract period concludes.
