Ideal candidates will have expertise or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or CFY credentials. Those with SLPA experience are also encouraged to apply, as there’s openness to considering professionals at different stages of their career.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited SLPA program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress, if applicable
  • Experience working within school settings is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, tailored to individual IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights and recommendations
  • Adapt approaches to meet a diverse range of student needs, fostering a supportive environment for each learner
