Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Clinical Certification (CCC) welcome, as well as Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience supporting pediatric or school-based populations is ideal
  • Comfortable with healthcare and teletherapy delivery formats
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments and therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and communications
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop functional and measurable goals
  • Engage in regular communication and consultation with parents and caregivers
  • Adapt service delivery via in-person or teletherapy, as needed
  • Support students in developing communication, social, and academic skills
