School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cupertino, California

This full-time contract opportunity, conveniently scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, allows you to make a meaningful impact across both elementary and high school settings. You’ll have the chance to work with a diverse caseload ranging from 45-50 students, fostering growth for learners of various ages and backgrounds.

Your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist—whether you hold SLP-CCC credentials or are pursuing your CFY—will be invaluable in supporting students’ academic success and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students with diverse needs
• Passion for empowering students to achieve their communication goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy to students individually and in groups
• Track progress and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Support student participation in both academic and social settings
• Attend staff meetings and participate in IEP team reviews as needed
