What you’ll need to bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid California SLP licensure or eligibility
  • Experience working within a school setting preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff and families
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Providing direct therapy to students with varied communication needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Attending IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary evaluation and planning discussions
  • Documenting student progress and ensuring compliance with all regulations and district guidelines
