School Speech Language Pathologist - Cupertino, CA

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) in a vibrant educational setting near Cupertino, CA. This full-time opportunity runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, covering both elementary and high school age groups. You'll enjoy a set schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, working with a diverse caseload of 45-50 students, providing assessment, intervention, and collaboration services.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Current (or eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Dedication to supporting students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students in elementary and high school settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct therapy and group sessions according to student needs and IEP goals
• Monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families, providing strategies and resources to support student achievement
• Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal requirements
