Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid Ohio licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering social and academic growth in young learners

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for K-4 students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support holistic student development
