Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
  • School setting experience is advantageous
  • Skilled in AAC devices and familiar with IEP processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges in students
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Partner with caregivers, families, and allied professionals—including OTs and SLPAs—to support student progress
  • Effectively track and report on student outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Provide guidance and support for students’ educational and social success
