Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Cypress, TX

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
• Current (or eligibility for) Texas licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) considered a strong asset
• Familiarity with IEP processes
• Experience with AAC devices
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and compassionate, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, SLPAs, OTs, and other school professionals
• Track, document, and report progress, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
• Contribute positively to the overall wellbeing and growth of every student on your caseload
