Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Cypress, Texas

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school setting is a plus
• Familiarity with AAC devices
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams including PTs, SLPAs, and OTs
• Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
