Bring your passion for supporting young learners to an engaging contract opportunity working in North Houston-area schools, including neighborhoods such as Spring, Bammel, Westfield, The Woodlands, and Aldine. This full-time position begins immediately and runs through the end of the school year, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills during a pivotal time in their education.

You’ll deliver skilled speech-language services in a dynamic school setting, collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team. This role is open to candidates with a master’s degree and ASHA certification (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY). Experienced SLPAs may also be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or completion of CFY)
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists
  • ASHA CCC preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
  • School-based and pediatric experience highly regarded
  • Experienced SLPA applicants may be considered
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
  • Ability to operate effectively in both onsite and hybrid work models
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in alignment with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student outcomes
  • Adapt approaches and materials to support diverse student needs, including bilingual learners if applicable
