This full-time position begins immediately and runs through the end of the school year, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills during a pivotal time in their education.
You’ll deliver skilled speech-language services in a dynamic school setting, collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team. This role is open to candidates with a master’s degree and ASHA certification (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY). Experienced SLPAs may also be considered.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or completion of CFY)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists
- ASHA CCC preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
- School-based and pediatric experience highly regarded
- Experienced SLPA applicants may be considered
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Ability to operate effectively in both onsite and hybrid work models
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in alignment with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student outcomes
- Adapt approaches and materials to support diverse student needs, including bilingual learners if applicable
