Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cypress, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license in Texas; SLP-CCC or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience in educational or pediatric speech-language pathology settings a plus
• Familiarity with IEP creation, therapy planning, and delivering services in school environments
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly valued
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Perform screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Develop individualized treatment plans/goals and document progress
• Participate collaboratively in IEP team meetings and student support planning
• Serve as a resource to teachers and families regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
• Maintain timely and accurate records of student performance
