Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth for the 2026-2027 school year in a vibrant school setting just west of Houston. In this onsite role, you will provide direct speech-language pathology services within schools, focusing on therapeutic interventions and collaborative support for children and adolescents. The team is eager to welcome either SLPs holding their CCC or strong CFY candidates ready to start making a difference.

This full-time position offers consistency throughout the week, but if you prefer part-time work, options for 2, 3, or 4 full days are available. Please note, split or partial day schedules cannot be accommodated. Each day will be fulfilling, involving direct therapy, progress monitoring, and meaningful interactions with students and staff—no assessment-only or supervision-only roles.

Candidate Profile:

  • SLP-CCC or strong CFY eligible for Texas licensure
  • Experience working in pediatrics is required
  • Previous experience in public schools is strongly desired
  • Ability to work entire full days (no half-day or split shift availability)
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, participating in IEP meetings, and integrating therapy into the school environment
  • Highly motivated, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic school population

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
  • Document progress and communicate outcomes effectively
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional growth
