Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Current state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
  • Experience in school settings or a passion for working with students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
