This onsite opportunity allows you to directly impact students’ communication development while collaborating with dedicated teams across several school sites. You'll focus on providing expertise, leadership, and supervision—without therapy delivery—ensuring quality services for students and ongoing support for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs
• Proficiency with speech-language evaluations and assessment tools
• Strong communication skills to facilitate ARD meetings
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards in schools

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision for assigned SLPAs across designated campuses
• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Lead and facilitate ARD meetings, collaborating closely with educators and families
• Act as a subject matter expert in speech-language pathology, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Serve students across multiple campuses, adapting to their individual needs and making a positive difference
