Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based settings
- Familiarity with healthcare, teletherapy, and school therapy practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt to varying campus needs and collaborate with fellow SLPs
- Proficient organizational skills for balancing caseloads and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and assessments across two dynamic campuses
- Partner with an experienced SLP to address and manage caseload distribution
- Implement evidence-based interventions for students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized education programs (IEPs) as required
- Engage in meaningful collaboration with teachers, diagnostic staff, and supportive administration—including a particularly welcoming team at Terrace
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
