Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentials
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued, but exceptional CF candidates are encouraged
• Familiarity with a variety of speech/language disorders in school-aged children
• Strong documentation, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities in This Role:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across multiple elementary campuses
• Support an existing SLP by helping manage a high caseload, ensuring all students receive services
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to maximize student progress
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and federal guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and program planning discussions
