In this role, you’ll be collaborating with a dedicated district team, primarily working onsite and centrally located, yet providing vital services across 2-3 schools. Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP Licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Relevant experience in educational settings, supporting elementary and/or middle school populations
• Familiarity with both caseload and workload service delivery models
• Ability to supervise an SLPA (preferred or willingness to develop supervising skills)
• Proficiency in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable traveling between school sites as needed

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students with speech and language needs
• Embrace a workload-focused approach, supporting students’ academic and functional communication objectives
• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and family communications
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and district support to maximize student outcomes
• Utilize one remote workday each week for planning, evaluation, or virtual services as appropriate
