School Speech Language Pathologist - Cypress, TX

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Active SLP licensure in Texas
• Experience in educational or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working within a workload model and in a multi-site environment
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across multiple school sites
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and related service providers
• Supervise and support an SLPA as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district requirements
• Contribute to workload management and scheduling to best meet student needs
