Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current (or eligible for) speech-language pathology licensure in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience providing speech therapy services within a school setting
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct speech and language therapy to students
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and services delivered
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians
  • Offer consultation and in-class support to educators, ensuring therapy goals are integrated into daily learning
