School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Dallas, Georgia

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong desire to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication, language, articulation, and swallowing disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, to students across grade levels
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and track student progress in accordance with special education law and school guidelines
• Consult with teachers, caregivers, and other allied professionals to support student IEP goals and ensure carryover into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development as needed
