What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Georgia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Dedication to evidence-based therapy methods
- Skilled at documentation and progress monitoring
- Adaptability and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to address students’ needs
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services and student progress
- Guide and support students in developing communication, social, and academic skills
- Deliver both in-person and virtual services depending on school requirements
