Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; active CCC-SLP or CFY accepted
- Previous experience in schools, pediatric settings, or healthcare is highly preferred
- Skilled in comprehensive evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEP development, and thorough service documentation
- Proficient in Google Calendar and digital documentation platforms (Paddynet experience for elementary school-based role)
- Effective communicator with parents, teachers, administrators, and staff via multiple channels
- Ability to adapt and manage responsibilities across various student grade levels
Role Responsibilities:
- For compensatory services: Travel between multiple school sites to deliver onsite speech-language pathology services to Pre-K through 12th grade students, focusing on compensatory needs until caseload goals are met; summer availability required (June 1–30)
- For elementary school: Serve students in Pre-K through 6th grade at a single school, managing a caseload of 45–55; document sessions using Paddynet and coordinate schedules for IEP meetings and conferences
- Establish collaborative relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Support the mission of fostering student success in a sustainable, team-oriented environment
