Key Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia PSC certificate (required for all school SLPs in Georgia)
- Active state professional license
- ASHA certification or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY)
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering positive educational outcomes for middle and high school students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of 45-55 students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in accordance with IEPs and state guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, session notes, and evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning and communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences as needed
- Adapt therapy activities to meet individual needs, strengths, and educational plans
