School Speech Language Pathologist | Dallas, GA area:

SLP needed to complete the current school year and next school year serving students. This contract position, located in the Dallas, GA area, offers the opportunity to support students in a specialized educational setting with a focus on speech therapy services.

Start Date: 7/27/26
End Date: End of school year

Caseload details: 

- 2 sites

- High school caseload

- Around 45-55 students 


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of high school students.
- Collaborate with educational and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans to meet evolving needs.
- Document all services and maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support student success.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license applicable in Georgia.

- Open to SLP-CFs or SLP-CCCs
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably middle and high school students.
- Familiarity with self-contained educational programs and individualized educational plans (IEPs).
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
