Step into a vital role supporting communication and development for infants and toddlers in the Salem and South Marion County areas. Multiple full-time contract opportunities are open for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists looking to make a positive, lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. This full school-year assignment runs from July 6, 2026, through June 11, 2027, and centers on early intervention services for children from birth through age three.

Your expertise will be essential in evaluating young learners, providing direct therapy, and guiding families in partnership with multidisciplinary IFSP teams. Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold (or be eligible for) Oregon licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Prior work with early intervention, birth-to-three, or pediatric populations (schools, healthcare, or teletherapy) is advantageous
  • Experience as an SLPA also valued
  • Collaborative mindset and exceptional communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for partnering with families and contributing to IFSP process

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services

  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
