Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dallas, OR

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, making a difference across Salem and South Marion County. Multiple full-time positions are available for the 2026–2027 school year, working within early intervention and preschool programs. As a valued team member, you’ll provide expert support to young children, from birth to age three, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve critical developmental milestones. You’ll collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring each child’s needs are met through a family-centered approach.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Oregon SLP license, or eligibility to acquire one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered
• Experience in early intervention, pediatrics, healthcare, or birth-to-3 populations strongly desired
• Exceptional communication abilities, especially when partnering with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort with both on-site and teletherapy service delivery
• Familiarity with IFSPs and family-centered therapy planning is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for infants and toddlers
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on early intervention goals
• Deliver therapy through direct and consultative services, in both in-person and teletherapy formats
• Collaborate with families and IFSP teams to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Document assessments, session notes, and progress data in compliance with all state and program requirements
