Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dallas, OR

With a flexible blend of in-person and teletherapy services, you’ll serve a diverse pediatric caseload with access to comprehensive resources and mentorship, whether you’re an experienced clinician or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year. You’ll be instrumental in empowering students while working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid or eligible SLP CCC credential or eligibility for CFY
• State licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity with both school-based and healthcare therapy models
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
• Knowledge of best practices in assessment and therapy, including virtual/teletherapy delivery
• SLPA supervision experience considered a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language intervention to students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and digital tools for both in-person and teletherapy sessions
