Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders for pediatric and school-aged populations
• Use evidence-based interventions in school settings, including teletherapy platforms when applicable
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, track student progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support IEP goals and facilitate students’ success
• Provide direct and indirect services, ensuring a holistic approach to students’ needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Texas State License, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, though open to new graduates eager to make an impact
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience or interest in teletherapy as well as on-site service delivery
