Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid or eligible Texas State License for Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Background in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based SLP settings valuable
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication and partnership skills with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in alignment with school objectives
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for progress and compliance
- Collaborate on strategies to support students’ academic and personal growth
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide resources for staff and families
