In this full-time role, you’ll work collaboratively within the school community to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs, making a measurable difference each day.
You’ll deliver both direct and indirect services, focusing solely on your clinical role with no expectations for additional district duties such as bus duty or parent pickup. With guaranteed hours and the potential for travel stipends, you’ll have a stable, rewarding experience during the school year—from August 3, 2026, to May 21, 2027.
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-8th grade students
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within a school setting
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide engaging therapy sessions for individuals and small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP and team meetings as appropriate
