As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll play an essential role in fostering progress through both direct and indirect services, without being tasked with additional non-therapy school duties.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible Texas SLP license
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in working K-12 caseloads within school-based settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, treatment, and intervention services to diverse K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and district requirements
  • Participate in meetings as related to therapy, with guaranteed time dedicated to both direct and indirect services
