Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of required coursework for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or SLP-A state licensure
  • Experience supporting pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
  • Comfortable providing direct and virtual (teletherapy) services when needed
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to engage students, families, and school personnel
  • SLPA candidates with relevant school or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain detailed documentation for progress tracking and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize students’ progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
