Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Dallas, TX

This full-time, in-person opportunity, starting for the 2026-2027 school year, is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants who are passionate about fostering communication growth in children and adolescents. Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (for SLPs)
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials eligible for Texas licensure
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
• Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and interventions
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy
• Collaborative, flexible, and eager to participate as an active member of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and required school activities
• Support inclusive education and provide training or resources to staff as needed
