Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (TX state or eligibility)
- Accepting SLP-CCC, CFY, and SLPAs with school-based or pediatric experience
- Background supporting K-12 students in individual, small group, and inclusive settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
- Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic interventions and progress monitoring
- Ability to adapt to various caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver targeted therapy sessions to students across grade levels
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Document student progress, maintain meticulous records, and support compliance
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Support a positive learning environment, advocating for students’ communication access
- Stay current with best practices and actively participate in school meetings
