Make your mark supporting K-12 students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working in-person for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position serves a diverse school population, empowering young learners near Dallas, TX to communicate, grow, and thrive.

The school is seeking skilled professionals—including SLPs with CCCs, Clinical Fellows (CFYs), and qualified SLPAs—with a passion for making a lasting difference in a school-based setting. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (TX state or eligibility)
  • Accepting SLP-CCC, CFY, and SLPAs with school-based or pediatric experience
  • Background supporting K-12 students in individual, small group, and inclusive settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic interventions and progress monitoring
  • Ability to adapt to various caseloads and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver targeted therapy sessions to students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Document student progress, maintain meticulous records, and support compliance
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Support a positive learning environment, advocating for students’ communication access
  • Stay current with best practices and actively participate in school meetings
