Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Dallas, TX

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license (Texas or eligible for reciprocity)
• Preference for CCC-SLP, though strong CF candidates are welcome with provided supervision
• Previous experience in a school setting or with elementary-aged students is advantageous
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Committed to evidence-based therapy practices and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy interventions to an average caseload of 60 elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for therapy sessions and compliance
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote communication skills in the classroom and at home
