Step into a dynamic contract opportunity serving elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a supportive school setting near Dallas, Texas. This onsite position is available for immediate start and extends through the end of May 2027, offering you the chance to make a measurable impact over multiple school years.

You’ll work with an average caseload of 60 students, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality speech and language services. Ideal candidates will bring their expertise as a Certified Clinic Competency (CCC) SLP, but recent graduates ready to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will also be considered—with comprehensive supervision provided to ensure your success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license (Texas) or eligibility for licensure
  • CCC preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome with supervision available
  • Prior experience in schools or working with elementary-age children is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and implement evidence-based intervention plans
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and IEP records
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide resources and training for staff and parents regarding communication development
