Speech Language Pathologist in Dallas, TX

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus, though not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop creative, evidence-based interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders through standardized tools and informal measures
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's unique needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and classroom success
• Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records as required by school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral team member
