Step into a dynamic school-based role supporting communication and language development for K-12 students. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers two openings for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, and SLPA) looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom environment. From August 2026 through May 2027, you’ll work with a manageable caseload of 55 students or fewer, providing services that help students thrive academically and socially.

Essential Qualifications:

  • For SLP-CCC: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and previous experience in school settings, including work with diverse student abilities
  • For SLP CFY: Graduate students working toward their Certificate of Clinical Competence are encouraged to apply
  • For SLPA: Bachelor’s in Speech Communication Disorders, SLA certification (or in process), and a preference for previous experience in schools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work with varying caseloads as assigned by school site(s)

Your Role:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in group and individual formats
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state, federal, and district requirements
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student services
