Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of assessment and therapy approaches tailored to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students’ unique goals and needs
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student development
  • Maintain detailed records, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
  • Consult with teachers and families to provide practical strategies for supporting communication beyond therapy sessions
