Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or strong pediatric experience
  • Background in school settings highly preferred
  • Experience with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech-language services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services within the school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support each child’s development
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
  • Provide support and education to families and school personnel regarding communication disorders
