School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Dalton, Georgia. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students across an elementary school (PreK – 5th grade).
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive speech-language services to a full caseload of students with a variety of communication disorders, language delays, articulation needs, social communication challenges, and other speech-language impairments. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic achievement, communication skills, and overall success in the educational setting.
Position Details:
• Full-Time Schedule: 8 Hours Per Day
• Onsite School-Based Position

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic language assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, psychologists, occupational therapists, and special education staff
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFY/CF) encouraged to apply
