You’ll work with students in a dynamic program grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting their communication needs and helping them thrive in both academic and social settings. You’ll collaborate daily with teachers, support staff, and families—making your strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or a related field
  • Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Positive and passionate attitude towards working with children with autism
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with parents and school teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaboratively work with teachers, ABA therapists, and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Provide guidance and resources to families, supporting student progress beyond the classroom
