Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license to practice speech-language pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy options for K-12 students
• Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, according to IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other specialists to ensure coordinated intervention
• Maintain timely and accurate records of assessments, progress, and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development activities
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education on speech and language interventions
