What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience or strong interest working with preschool-aged children
  • Ability to deliver direct therapy and comprehensive evaluations
  • Organized, communicative, and collaborative professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to be on-site weekly (with potential for hybrid scheduling)

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to preschool students
  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations in-person
  • Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings with staff and families
  • Utilize creative techniques to engage young learners and maximize outcomes
  • Partner with teachers and caregivers to support student progress
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive school therapy environment
