What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest working with preschool-aged children
- Ability to deliver direct therapy and comprehensive evaluations
- Organized, communicative, and collaborative professional demeanor
- Flexibility to be on-site weekly (with potential for hybrid scheduling)
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to preschool students
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations in-person
- Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings with staff and families
- Utilize creative techniques to engage young learners and maximize outcomes
- Partner with teachers and caregivers to support student progress
