Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support.
- Provide direct therapy to students with identified speech and language needs.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide supervision and support to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy.
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
