Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Organizational skills and a compassionate approach to student care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
