School Speech Language Pathologist - Daphne, Alabama

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid and current license with the Board of Speech Examiners (license documentation required for placement)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working within school-based settings, particularly with K-5 populations, is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Open to both in-person and VOCO (virtual) SLP service models

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to K-5 students
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Manage a dynamic caseload across three elementary school sites
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in professional meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered atmosphere
