Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings desired
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across K-12
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services
• Maintain detailed and timely records to ensure compliance with all educational requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support development of student goals
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance service delivery
